Mosaic 101

Our Mosaic 101 is looking a little different than in the past. This is a 5 hour workshop with a lunch break factored in. Instead of a smaller or larger project, students will pick a substrate from a wide variety of plaque size that they can either complete in class or finish at home based on the level of detail they would like to incorporate. If you would like a shorter class where you can just jump in with a minimal lecture and complete within 3 hours, we have several offerings including Mosaic Shapes Studio and Mosaic Garden Stone.

Copper Cat Studio owner and lead mosaicist, Katie teaches this Intro to the Glue and Grout Method of Mosaic. She gives a very detailed lecture on the basics of design, assembly, materials & grouting.
