Glass Fusion Yard Art

Special WCSD Spring break edition!

Taught by in house artist, Donna Smit, she will guide students in creating small (4") glass fusion  flowers, bees. ladybugs, dragonflies, hearts, dog paws and more. Each student will create up to three whimsical pieces and all come with yard stakes. These beauties can be placed in indoor or outdoor planters. This class is for beginners and Donna will go over her science of glass lecture. She will teach you several different techniques that include copper inclusions that beads can be added later after kiln firing. All materials, tools, and garden stakes are also included. Previous glass cutting experience is helpful but not necessary. Ages 15+ limited to eight students
