Chain Making

This introductory class is perfect if you are intimidated by the torch or just want to learn or practice basic soldering.  Making chains by hand

will quickly improve your soldering skills, both due to the repetition and to the delicate nature of the work. You’ll learn how to position solder for best results and to think outside the box when deciding on the shape of links to make. You will leave the class with a wearable bracelet or

necklace and best of all, you will feel more comfortable using the torch. Tools will be provided for use in class and all materials are included.

This workshop is appropriate for ages 16+. Class size limited to eight students
